  after replacing side window, went back once because the shattered glass wasn't properly cleaned in the door as the repairer is still "learning" (admitted by their other staff) and forgot putting door cable back so the door can't open from inside. (sick to go back so I fixed by myself)

  Recently had a windscreen replaced on one of my vehicles interstate, paid in advance in good faith, but it turns out when I got the vehicle they had forgotten to bond the rear view mirror on. Emailed to give them chance and they said it must have come off, I explained it was never bonded in the first place as the glass and mirror are clean of bond and that was the end of that, no apologies or anything. Won't be recommending or using these in the future.

  They did an excellent job on my windscreen repair (deep stone chip/crack), especially at such short notice, got it fixed within the hour while I waited. Reception staff so very helpful and knowledgeable.

  I rang for a quote to replace the front passenger side window of my 2009 i30 and was surprised to hear that they were almost half the price of the other quotes.
