  Awesome new cinema! The Vmax cinemas are AMAZING! Had an issue with the sound in the screening I took my kids to, but was handled quicker, better and more professionally than any cinema I have ever been to! Will definitely go back there! Keep up the good work!

  $22 to sit in flip up chairs, apparently it's the 1990's. You can't sit a child in their seats beause even in a booster seat you have to hold the seat down so your child doesn't get squished as the seats are cheap and nasty as there isn't enough weight at the front to keep them from folding up. This is supposed to be a "new" cinema. All they are is greedy, they've tried to squeeze as many seats in a cinema as possible and give you nasty stadium seating. Poor form! I'll stick to CMax at $10 & seats I don't have to hold down the whole movie so my children can sit in comfortably. On a positive note... your staff are awesome!

  Fire alarm went off and we had to go out for 20 minutes. They didn't resume the movie for us but cancelled that session. Yes they gave us a voucher but ruined our experience as the movie was half way through. Would have been better to cancel the next session and let the people who were already watching the movie finish their experience.

  Caramel popcorn costs more and doesn't taste like Caramel, and only half the popcorn has "caramel" on it. The seats are awkward and don't adjust so you can't sit straight or lay back. And the arm rests can't be lifted
